We use Kinnser/WellSky online documentation which allows our agencies to have "real time" notes and access to their patient’s schedules, as well as keeping case communication and coordination among disciplines simple.  All of our referrals, intake, and communication is centralized keeping the time you spend on therapy minimal. We participate in case conferencing, as well as weekly patient updates as needed. RTS has an RN on staff to audit documentation and ensure proper scheduling.   Our staff has been fully trained in PDGM and has put in to place policies and procedures to ensure adequate documentation in a timely manner while keeping outcomes at their highest.
